Assassinate The Godai of Void
You can get the Call of the Void Tanto by killing The Godai of Void in Goshiki Outlands, Omi. You can find him inside the cave north of Daikichiji Temple.
Make sure to increase your level and gear first to around 20 to 25 to not get killed by a single attack. You can use Naoe to match The Godai of Void's movement and speed.
