Wind Tribe Dagr's exclusive weapon Fujin Uchiwa grants her Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X during combat, where X is 5 plus the greater bonus on each stat between herself and her foe, and inflicts a stat penalty on her foe's Atk/Spd/Def/Res equal to the current bonus on each of those stats.

Fujin Uchiwa also grants Dagr 40% damage reduction on her foe's first attack and grants Special cooldown charge +1 to Dagr per attack during combat.

These effects aren't overwhelmingly powerful, but they are useful in combat, especially when all combined into one weapon.

Twin-Sky Wing grants 【Pathfinder】 and a Null Follow-Up effect

Twin-Sky Wing granting 【Pathfinder】 to both Dagr and her support partner is the best part of the skill, allowing you to stack 【Pathfinder】 effects using only one skill and moving further than intended. Ensure you provide Ally Support to Dagr and a unit she enters the battlefield with!
