have you ever considered how rare it is, in all honesty though I haven't found one either so it must be incredibly rare, and honestly it'd be easier to find a shiny pokemon than get boots in skirmishes, there's no way they would not make boots accessible in only two locations

Can confirm, also have not come across any boots in skirmishes. Haven't seen them rewarded in Relay Trials, either. Also have... more hours than I care to admit in the post game. lol
