The best unit is Ivy. Having Flying, access to S tomes, and B staff access is really good. Anna is a great magic unit. I would say she's best as a High Priest with Byleth. If her damage starts to dip she's a good reclass into Sage. If you didn't build Anna or want a third pure mage, then Pandreo is a good alternative. I'd say hes best as Sage since his build lets him use better tomes. That's if you dont mind his Sage outfit lol.
what are your go-to magic units besides Citrinne if you dont mind me asking?
Citrine C rank? Lol you just don't know how to use her. She is crazy good with thunder and the emblem olwen that give double hit.
Should I use Citrinne or Anna as a magic user?
not enough speed for maddening, and pretty low def as sage. May work as a mage knight anyway. Mobility+heals+levin sword... And it boost a bit her Spd and Def. I would rate her B or A as mage knight, but C as sage. Cramme, Anna and the flower princess would be better
Great Magic and Resistance, workable Speed, innate access to Sage promotion, can heal multiple characters even before promoting? Why the heck should she get put in C tier?
Citrinne is actually OP with S rank version of olwen bond ring from Leif. Give her a +5 thunder tome. Watch her hammer down alot of armored units and even wyrms. The Reinhardt of Engage. Magic is everything.
