Mystery at Harlun's Watch is located in Cheydinhal. Speak with Burz gro-Khash to start the quest.

Speak with Burz gro-Khash in Cheydinhal
Speak with Burz gro-Khash in Cheydinhal and choose the Contract dialogue option to add the quest on your Quest Log.
Head to Harlun's Watch South of Cheydinhal

Head south of Cheydinhal to reach Harlun's Watch. Speak with Drarana Thelis to learn what happened with the town's locals. She tells you that people are seeing strange lights near Swampy Cave and asks you to investigate.
Find and Enter Swampy Cave
Head southeast to reach Swampy Cave near the north end of the Reed River. There are three Will-o-the-Wisps are the entrance of the cave that you may need to defeat.
Search the Cave for the Missing Locals
Enter the cave and kill the Swamp Trolls inside. As you make your way inside the cave, you will find the body of Eduard Denile alongside some skeletal remains.
The quest will update upon finding Eduard Denile's body. From there, explore the entire Swampy Cave and kill all the Swamp Trolls.
Speak with Drarana Thelis
Return to Harlun's Watch and speak with Drarana Thelis to inform her what happened with the missing locals.
Return to Burz gro-Khash
Head back to Cheydinhal and speak with Burz gro-Khash. Choose the Disappearances dialogue option to complete the quest.
Mystery at Harlun's Watch Rewards
Mind and Body Ring
You will receive the Mind and Body Ring from Drarana Thelis after killing all the Swamp Trolls in Swampy Cave. This is a ring that has Fortify Strength and Reflect Damage enchantments.
Quest Progression
Depending on your quest progression, you may need to complete The Stone of St. Alessia for Burz to restore you to the rank of Guardian.
If you already completed it, he will promote you to Champion rank and you can proceed with the next quest: Information Gathering.
