How to Get Headhunter

In a Hidden Cave in Blackstone Cascades

Headhunter Location

You can find the Headhunter Amulet inside a hidden cave behind the waterfall in Blackstone Cascades in Harima. Follow the path once inside, climb to the Hidden Chest, and open it to to get this amulet.

Note that only Naoe can fit through the crack, so switch characters if you're using Yasuke.
