You can get the Peasant Clothes from the Legendary Chest at the top floor of Osaka Castle after defeating the three Daisho roaming around the castle.
Osaka Castle Samurai Locations
| 1 |  Go to the foot of the castle, You must climb up to enter. |

| 2 |  Climb up and use the grappling hook to ascend faster until you reach the floor with the Golden Tiger. |
| 3 |  You'll see an open door and enter. |
| 4 |  You'll find the chest inside the room, which contains the Peasant Clothes. |
