What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Weapon skill accelerates Special, grants Atk/Spd+6, deals bonus damage and neutralizes non-Special damage reduction ・Fury recoil activates Thunderer Tome's conditions |
Might: 14 Range: 2 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At the start of turns 1 through 3 or if unit's HP < 100% at the start of turn, grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit. During turns 1-3, or if unit's HP < 100% at start of combat, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit during combat, and also, if Special triggers (excluding area-of-effect Specials), deals +7 damage and neutralizes "reduces damage by X%" effects from non-Special skills. |
Cooldown Count = 3 Boosts Atk by 30%. |
Grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4. After combat, deals 8 damage to unit. |
Disables foe’s skills that guarantee foe’s follow-up attack and foe’s skills that prevent unit’s follow-up attack. |
If in combat against a blue foe, disables skills of all foes, excluding foe in combat, and inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-4 on foe during combat. During combat, disables skills of all blue foes, excluding foe in combat. |
Stat | Superboon/Superbane | IV Recommendation |
---|---|---|
HP (16) | ★★☆☆☆ | |
Atk (9) | ★★★★★ | |
Spd (12) | ★★★★★ | |
Def (6) | ★★☆☆☆ | |
Res (7) | ★★★☆☆ |
◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The recommended IVs for Tine are +Spd and -Def. Her Spd is a superboon, and with Null Follow-Up 3, she can utilize it to double her opponents.
Her Def is a dump stat and is a safe bane to take.
We recommend +Spd when merging Tine to +10 for similar reasons above. She needs the Spd to reliably attack twice.

Tine's base kit works well out of the box. Fury applies recoil to activate Thunderer Tome while Blade Session is the best offensive sacred seal.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Tine is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Tine's unique Thunderer Tome is a very versatile weapon with multiple effects both in and out of combat.
Listed below are all of its effects:
Condition(s) | Effect |
---|---|
Always | Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count -1). |
Start of turns 1-3 Tine's HP is less than 100% at the start of turn |
Grants Special cooldown count -1. |
During turns 1-3 Tine's HP is less than 100% at start of combat |
Grants Atk/Spd+6 to Tine during combat. |
During turns 1-3 Tine's HP is less than 100% at start of combat Tine's Special triggers (excluding AoE Specials) |
Deals +7 damage. |
During turns 1-3 Tine's HP is less than 100% at start of combat Tine's Special triggers (excluding AoE Specials) |
Neutralizes non-Special damage reduction effects. |
Tine performs better when attacking during early turns or attacking with less than full HP. Her native Fury 4 skill inflicts recoil damage, activating Thunderer Tome for future engagements!
Tine comes with Blue Feud 3, which is the final colored Feud skill in the game.
It disables skills of all blue enemy units (excluding the target) during combat at all times.
Against a blue foe, it disables the skills of all other foes during combat and inflicts an Atk/Spd/Def/Res-4 penalty on the target!
Summoners should try to have Tine enter combat against blue foes, which she heavily counters thanks to this skill.
Tine's Thunderer Tome relies on meeting all of its conditions for it to truly shine.
This essentially requires Tine to either attack on early turns or have prior damage applied to her.
This reduces her potential on defensive team compositions, relegating her to a purely offensive role.
Blue Feud 3 is a color-conditional skill that only triggers against blue foes.
If there are no blue foes alive, the skill does absolutely nothing and becomes an empty passive skill slot.
Ensure that you only use this skill against team compositions with at least one blue foe, and ideally against multiple blue foes.
