The best IVs for Cecilia are +Atk and -HP. A +Atk IV adds to her already decent Atk stat. This is best for her as she relies solely on Atk for offense as her Spd is very unreliable. She will hit very hard against blue and colorless units with a +Atk IV. Her HP is of less imporance so it is safe to take as a bane.

How to Use, Explanation

This is a build that uses a Blade tome. Naturally strong against blue foes, Cecilia can amplify the effects of powerful buffs from allies such as Hone Cavalry to take down most foes. If you do not have an available Blade+ tome, a regular Blade (without the +) will work just fine until you can get one.

How to Use, Explanation

This build focuses on Cecilia's refine. Use the Triangle Adept refine for Tome of Order so she can increase her damage against blue units. Fatal Smoke 3 prevents enemy units from healing while double Atk/Spd Solo will increase her overall firepower.

Cecilia is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Cecilia Strengths

A Valuable Cavalry Tome Unit

Cecilia is one of the few green cavalry tome units in the game. Because of this, she is able to fill specific niches effectively. We recommend inheriting Gronnblade+ onto her and build a cavalry party around her that buffs her offensive power with Hone Cavalry.

Great Match-up Against Colorless Foes

Cecilia's Gronnraven+ allows her to have an attribute advantage versus colorless foes. This is great as some very powerful foes possess the colorless attribute. If you inherit Triangle Adept 3 onto her, Cecilia will be lethal adversary against many blue and colorless heroes.

Additionally, Tome of Order makes her attacks strong against flying units. It also has a special effect refine that grants the effects of Triangle Adept 3. Read more about Tome of Order here!

Warp to Allies Using Escape Route

If at least at or under 50% HP, Escape Route 3 allows Cecilia to warp to spaces adjacent to any ally. This is perfect for her, since she has low defenses.

This skill is very useful for modes like Grand Hero Battles where losing a unit means defeat or modes like Arena where losing units means a decreased score.

Cecilia has very low Spd. This makes her susceptible to follow-up attacks. We suggest making use of skills like Ward Cavalry and Fortify Cavalry to in her party to supplement her defenses. As much as possible, do not let her get attacked by enemies.

Weak to Cavalry Effective Weapons

Cecilia takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Ridersbane, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
