Infantry and armored allies within 2 spaces can move to a space within 2 spaces of unit. Grants Atk/Spd+3 to infantry and armored allies within 2 spaces of unit during combat, and also, if those allies' Spd > foe's Spd, neutralizes effects that prevent those allies' follow-up attacks during combat.

+Spd / -Def

The best IVs for Rearmed Tana are +Spd and -Def. Her Spd is the highest in the game as of her time of release at base 47, raised to base 51 with a superboon. Boosting her Spd improves her matchups by maximizing her chances to make a follow-up attack against foes with follow-up denial and preventing foes from outspeeding her at the same time.

Her defensive stats are all below average. We recommend -Def as a bane due to her mobility allowing her to keep away from melee physical threats.

+Spd for a +10 merge

We recommend +Spd when merging Rearmed Tana up to +10 for similar reasons above. Her Spd is her best stat and should be maximized as much as possible.

Rearmed Tana Attack Fire Emblem Heroes FEH

Rearmed Tana brings a new arcane weapon into the game with Arcane Náströnd.

This powerful bow has an accelerated Special trigger, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 and a guaranteed follow-up attack during combat, 30% damage reduction on the foe's first attack, and bonus Atk based on the foe's maximum Special cooldown count.

While Arcane Náströnd isn't overwhelmingly impressive, it works well on every type of bow unit, from fast offensive units to bulky defensive units.

Soaring Wings provides impressive mobility and inflicts Spd/Def penalties

Rearmed Tana has an exclusive B skill in Soaring Wings. This skill provides【Canto (1)】 and allows warping to any space within 2 spaces of a nearby ally.

In addition to the improved mobility, Soaring Wings inflicts a Spd/Def penalty onto Rearmed Tana's foe based on the distance travelled of the combat initiator.

The mobility is the best part of this skill, but the Spd/Def penalty is also quite good, improving Rearmed Tana's offensive capabilities.

She doesn't have null follow up for herself, so wouldn't that seal be better in case the opponent has NFU, themselves? Or, am i still not understanding the nuances of this game, correctly?
