How to Get the Skystrike Boltblaster
Obtain from a Quest
This item can be obtained either after or during the Side Quest, The Valley of the Fallen.

How to Use the Skystrike Boltblaster
Large Rapid-Fire Weapon
The Boltblaster is a rapid-fire weapon that unleashes a barrage of bolts on an enemy at any range, but it cannot tear off components. The rate of fire increases when the weapon is fully drawn.
Due to its large size, you cannot sprint or dodge while holding a Boltblaster, so it will need to be stowed away before performing any evasive maneuvers. It is also the only weapon that needs to be manually loaded with ammo before it can be used.
To load a Bolblaster, press

.Frost Elemental Damage
This weapon inflicts Frost damage on enemies, which causes the Brittle state. The Brittle State makes enemies more vulnerable to Impact damage. Frost elemental damage is also more effective against some enemies.
Explosive and Piercing Bolts
This Boltblaster can use both Explosive Bolts and Piercing Bolts, which make it an incredibly versatile weapon against many targets since it can inflict massive damage over a larger area and pierce through armor.
Best Used against Aerial Enemies
This weapon has perks which increase its damage when used against enemies that are airborne, which makes it great against Sunwings and Dreadings. You can increase the effectiveness of these perks by upgrading your weapon.
