Tripcasters are used to place different varieties of tripwires on the battlefield. When an enemy walks over the wire, it triggers an explosion or other type of effect depending on the ammo used.
How to Use a Tripcaster | |
---|---|
1. | Press and Hold the R2 button to aim, then realease it to place the first wire anchor. |
2. | Repeat the process to place the second wire anchor. |
3. | Lure enemies to the placed wire. |
This weapon inflicts Plasma damage on enemies, which causes the Plasma Blast state. The Plasma Blast state causes a time-delayed explosion on the target. Plasma elemental damage is also more effective against some enemies.
