You can only get a Venomous after leveling up Firene to Lvl 5 via the bulletin board in Cafe Terrace. You'll need a total of 50,000G worth of donations to do this, so make sure to stock up on gold!
Aside from Venomous, there are plenty of other rewards thay you can get when you donate money to the 4 Kingdoms of Elyos.
