Illegal Cargo is located in Anvil. To start the quest, make your way to the harbor area in Anvil and board the Sea Tub Clarabella south of The Fo'c's'le. Captain Baszone Patneim will attack you and once defeated, loot and read the Note from First Mate Filch from his body to start the quest.

Enter the Ship's Mid Deck

Enter the Ship

After reading the note, enter the ship's mid deck and defeat the two pirates here. Loot their bodies to obtain a key to open a locked hatched that leads to the lower decks.

Defeat First Mate Filch

Defeat First Mate Filch

Make your way to the lower decks and defeat the First Mate Filch. He's not a particularly tough opponent but you may want to keep your distance as the lower deck is relatively small and he is accompanied by another pirate.

Get the Loot from the Top Deck

Get the Loot from the Top Deck

Once Frist Mate Filch is dead, make your way back to the top deck and find a locked chest near a bed. Use the key you obtained from Captain Baszone Patneim to open it to receive 100 Gold, as well as a Potion of the Sea and a Potion of Seastride.

Completing the quest rewards you 100 Gold from Captain Baszone Patneim's chest, as well as a Potion of the Sea and a Potion of Seastride.
