Talk to Azzan
Head to Anvil's Fighters Guild and talk to Azzan. He tells you that Norbert Lelles has a task for you and that you should meet him at his general merchandise store outside the city, by the dock.
Lelles' Quality Merchandise Location
Lelle's Quality Merchandise is located by the docks of Anvil. The building is right beside the Flowing Bowl Inn.
Talk to Norbert Lelles
Talk to Norbert and he will tell you about some burglars that has been giving him a hard time recently. He asks you to dispatch of them while he waits at the Flowing Bowl Inn next door.
Confront and Defeat the Burglars
Head upstairs to the second floor and wait until 11pm. There will be three burglars you will need to fight and kill inside the shop. Afterwards, head to the Flowing Bowl inn to report to Norbert.
Report back to Norbert
Report to Norbert that you've solved his burglar problems to complete the quest.
The Unfortunate Shopkeeper Rewards
Gold From Burz gro-Khash
You will receive gold depending on the result of the quest from Burz gro-Khash. Depending on how many fighters are alive at the end, you will receive a certain amount of gold.
Promotion to Journeyman
If you've completed the quest, The Desolate Mine, in Cheydinhal, talking to Azzan afterwards will promote you to Journeyman. Otherwise, you will need to complete both for your promotion.
