Speak with Azzan in Anvil
Find and speak with Azzan in Anvil. Choose the Stone of St. Alessia dialogue option to add the quest to your Quest Log.
Speak with Cirroc at the Chapel of Talos in Bruma

Find Cirroc at the Chapel of Talos in Bruma and choose the Stone of St. Alessia dialogue option. He will tell you that the Stone has been stolen by bandits last seen heading east from Bruma.
Find K'Sharr Between Wildeye Stables and Plundered Mine
Follow the green waypoint on your compass to find K'Sharr in between Wildeye Stables and Plundered Mine. Choose the Stone of St. Alessia and Sedor dialogue options and he will tell you that the ogres have stolen the Stone and went to Sedor.
Travel to Sedor to Recover the Stone

Head east to reach Sedor on the mountain. Enter the ruin and kill the Ogres inside.
Push the Block Near the Stone Ledge
The room leading to The Stone of St. Alessia is blocked by a gate. Find the glowing blue switch on the wall and push its block to open the gate.
Jump down from the ledge and enter the room to find The Stone of St. Alessia placed on top of a pillar.
Speak with Cirroc in Bruma
Return to Cirroc in Bruma and choose the Stone of St. Alessia dialogue option. He will give you three Strong Potions of Healing for returning the Stone.
Return to Azzan
Return to Azzan in Anvil to complete the quest.
The Stone of St. Alessia Rewards
Three Strong Potions of Healing
You will receive three Strong Potions of Healing when you return the Stone of St. Alessia to Cirroc in Bruma.

Quest Progression
The following quests will be available depending on your progress in the Fighters Guild:
- The Noble's Daughter quest will be available as the next quest if this is the first quest you completed after Trolls of Forsaken Mine.
- Mystery at Harlun's Watch quest will be available when you complete both this quest and The Noble's Daughter.
- Information Gathering quest will be available upon completing this quest, The Noble's Daughter, and Mystery at Harlun's Watch.
