Talk to Ocheeva
Talk to Ocheeva, and she will immediately tell you that she has a sealed urgent letter for you from Lucien Lachance.
Read the Letter
After speaking with Ocheeva, read the contents of the letter.
Lucien Lachance instructs you to immediately meet him at Fort Farragut and to keep his orders a secret from everyone in the brotherhood.
Meet Lucien Lachance at Fort Farragut
Head to Fort Farragut. It is located to the east of Cheydinhal, in The Nibenay Basin.
To get there, exit out of Cheydinhal from the East Gate. Follow your marker eastward until you reach a ruined fort.
Enter through the Old Wooden Door to Fort Farragut. As you go further into the cave tunnels, you will encounter Dark Guardian skeletons and traps all around the area.
Lucien Lachance is in the northwest room.
Alternatively, you can take a quicker route that leads directly to Lucien Lachance's quarters. To the northwest of the fort's main entrance, look for a hollowed tree; inside it is a secret door.
Talk to Lucien Lachance, and he will reveal your next mission. He will also provide you with two items that you can use on your targets: a Poisoned Apple and a Summon Rufio's Ghost scroll.
After speaking with Lucien, the Of Secret and Shadow quest is completed and The Purification quest will begin.

Promotion to Silencer
Upon completing the quest Of Secret and Shadow, you will be rewarded with a promotion to the rank of Silencer.
