The Bloodworm Helm Location
Arcane University
The Bloodworm Helm quest is located at the Arcane University. Speak with Hannibal Travern to start the quest.
If the quest does not appear, make sure to wait for one or two in-game days and speak with Raminus Polus to be promoted as a Wizard. Speak with Hannibal Travern afterward.

Speak with Hannibal Travern at the Arcane University
Speak with Hannibal Travern at the Arcane University. Choose the Bloodworm Helm dialogue option to add the quest to your Quest Log.
Head to Fort Teleman

Head to Fort Teleman northeast of Leyawiin and fight off the Necromancer and Skeleton outside of the fort.
Retrieve the Bloodworm Helm from Irlav Jarol
The fort contains plenty of necromancers. Defeat them and continue on until you reach the second zone of the fort.
In the second zone, you may find a group of necromancers fighting with some Daedra. Try to stay hidden and wait out the fight as both groups may try to attack you. Kill the weakened survivors before proceeding to the next corridor.
The final room contains a Dremora Kynmarcher and a Flame Atronach. Defeat both of them and find the body of Irlav Jarol in the middle of the room. Retrieve the Bloodworm Helm from his body.
Return to Hannibal Travern
Head back to the Arcane University and speak with Hannibal Travern. Choose the Bloodworm Helm dialogue option to complete the quest.
The Bloodworm Helm Rewards
Master-Wizard Rank
While this quest does not offer any rewards, completing it alongside The Necromancer's Amulet lets you get promoted to Master-Wizard rank. Speak with Raminus Polus to advance to the next rank.
