Talk to Ocheeva
Talk to Ocheeva, and she will tell you that you'll now receive contracts directly from her.
Choose the dialogue option Contract. Ocheeva will inform you that your next target is Faelian, a High Elf. He is quite elusive so you might need get some tips from your fellow Brotherhood members.
To receive the bonus reward Shadowhunt, there must be no witnesses, and Faelian must be killed in a secure private place.
You will not get the bonus reward if you kill him in the hotel since it is a public place.
Inquire About Faelian
Ask Dark Brotherhood Members
Within the Sanctuary, go around and speak to your fellow Brotherhood members to learn what they have to say about Faelian.
Vicente Valtieri has the best advice. He will suggest that you ask around the Elves in the Imperial City. Since they are a fairly close-knit community, they might know about Faelian's whereabouts.
Ask Around Elves
Head to the Imperial City Market District, Green Emperor Way. Look for an elf there and talk to them about Faelian.
If the elf has a disposition of 50 and above, they will let you know that Faelian lives at the Tiber Septim Hotel in Talos Plaza.
Find Faelian
Go to the Tiber Septim Hotel in Talos Plaza. There are two ways to find Faelian, both of which you can do within a single save.

| Talk to Atraena | Learn where Faelian usually spend his time. Might require Gold for bribing. |
| Talk to Faelian | Learn the exact time that Faelian is at Lorkmir's house without spending any gold. |
Option 1: Talk to Atraena
Enter the Tiber Septim Hotel and look for Atraena, Faelian's girlfriend. If she has a disposition above 50, she will tell you about Faelian's routine.
According to her, Faelian goes to Lorkmir's house at the Elven Gardens District every day and stays there for several hours.
You can increase her disposition by bribing her.
Option 2: Talk to Faelian
Walk around outside the Tiber Septim Hotel or the area outside Lorkmir's house at the Elven Gardens District until you see Faelian. Talk to him, and he will mistake you for a skooma supplier.
Choose the dialogue option Skooma, and on the next selection say that you have some. He will then invite you over to his special place, Lorkmir's house, and tell you that he goes there every day from 11am to 5pm.
Eliminate Faelian
Head to the Elven Gardens District. Wait until it is between 11am to 5pm. Enter Lorkmir's house.
You will need to lockpick a Hard lock to get inside. Guards will be patrolling the area so make sure not to get caught.
Once you're inside the house, kill Faelian.
Report Back to Ocheeva
Make your way back to the Sanctuary in Cheydinhal and talk to Ocheeva to complete The Lonely Wanderer quest.
The Lonely Wanderer Rewards
Bonus Reward: Shadowhunt
You will receive 50 gold as a reward.
If you killed Faelian in a secured private location and there were no witnessess, then you will receive a bow called Shadowhunt as a bonus reward for the quest The Lonely Wanderer.
