How to Use Splattershot Effectively

Use Trizooka often. Attack from safety.

Apply pressure to the enemy team by using the Trizooka as soon as it is ready.

To maximize the use of your special, don't be afraid to activate it as soon as its ready. Once your special-gauge is filled, fire the Trizooka in the direction of any enemy you spot. The Trizooka has a very generous range of influence with a large blast of ink. You only get three shots in a limited time though, so make it count! Remember that the blast won't go through walls, so once you see a clear shot, take it!

Best used while hiding behind walls and letting enemies pass by you for a surprise attack.

The Splatshooter's middling range makes it a bit of a challenge to duel other gunslingers head-on. Try to be in a position where you will be able to shoot at opponents from their sides or above. You can best do this by mastering each stage's common routes and keeping an eye out for enemies there, or by pushing them to certain positions with the use of your Suction Bomb.
