The Fish Stick is a Boss Salmonid that consists of eight Smallfry carrying a large tower-like pillar that they will drop on a random spot in the arena. Once the the pillar is in place, the smallfry will continuously ink the surrounding area.
The Fish Stick is a minor nuisance and relatively harmless, but you should still splat it to prevent it from covering parts of the arena with ink!
The pillar will remain on the stage after defeating the Fish Stick and serves as an additional platform that you can perch on, and is very useful when fighting against the likes of Slammin' Lid or Steelhead since you can target their weakpoints easily.
How to Defeat Fish Stick | |
---|---|
To defeat the Fish Stick, you'll need to ink one side of the tower to swim up the tower and get to the Smallfries on top! The Smallfries have very low HP and you can splat them easily with any weapon.
You can also splat the Smallfries without heading up the tower if you have a long-range weapon like a Splat Charger.
It's also possible to splat the Smallfries with any weapon if they happen to drop the tower close to an existing platform or elevated ground.
It's also possible to instantly splat the group of Smallfries by using the Booyah Bomb special on the top of the tower, with the resulting explosion will wipe out the entire group of Smallfries.
