Capsules are the rewards earned in Salmon Run that contains Cash or Food and Drink Tickets. You will receive these rewards every 100 points earned up to the maximum limit of 1200 points daily.
Be sure to do Freelance Jobs daily until you've reached the cap of 1200 points to maximize the rewards earned from this game mode.

It is recommended to play Turf War Battles for a steady income of cash.
It won't matter that much if you lose and not get those victory points because you'll still get compensated as inking turf plays a big role in determining the amount of money you'll get.
While Anarchy Battles are more profitable, they usually take up to 5 minutes to finish and you'll get less money should you lose.
Splat Roller | Inkbrush | Splash-o-matic |
Aerospray MG | Splattershot Jr. | REEF LUX 450 |
Playing Series gives the most amount of money in multiplayer battles but it is also risky especially that you'll be paired up with a team of total strangers, thus not knowing their strengths and weaknesses.
It's also not efficient to earn money in Series as losing will not reward you with any amount of cash.
It's best to play with a group of friends in Open Battles for better chances of winning and getting a knockout-victory streak.
Achieving a high rank of S+ may take a while to get, but players at this rank tend to get more money after each battle.
If you have the patience to go to the struggles of grinding the ranks, then we recommend you to do so as the amount of cash reward is worth it for the hard work you achieved.
- | Knockout | Time Up |
---|---|---|
Win | 3,900 Coins | Overtime Score Coins + 3,000 Coins |
Lose | 0 | Overtime Score Coins |
Using Food Tickets that increases the money you receive for Turf War and Anarchy Battles is an efficient way of earning cash fast.
For example, The Commercial Crab Trap Sandwich will give you money equivalent to two games of victory.
Food Ticket | Effect |
---|---|
Crab Trap Sandwich |
Increases Battle Cash by 50%. |
Commercial Crab Trap Sandwich |
Doubles Battle Cash. |
Mega Mountain a la Marigold |
Doubles Battle Cash for All Teammates |
If your teammates use the same Food Coin Tickets, the effect does not stack!
You can use money to buy stylish clothing and apparel for your player. Saving money to purchase multiple sets of gear is a good idea as each gear starts out with a different gear ability.
Stickers and Decorations have no effect in multiplayer battles. So if you do not care about decorating your locker, it's best to save money to buy gear instead.
You will need money to pick up the gear you ordered from the SplatNet3 app. Prices will depend on what Merch determines it to be.
Remember if you order gear with the exact gear abilities that you want, you will need to pay with 100,000 coins.
Scrubbing is also known as clearing out the gear slots of a gear that you own. It requires you to pay Merch with 20,000 coins to fully scrub all gear slots for one gear.
The Shell-Out Machine will give you random rewards for a price of 5,000 coins for your first draw of the day and 30,000 coins for the succeeding ones.
It is recommended that you only buy gear with the gear ability that is compatible with the weapon you're currently using.
Be sure to only use the Shell-Out Machine once daily as any succeeding uses will cost 30,000 coins.
A lot of these items will not benefit your gameplay such as titles and banners, and they cannot be refunded once you receive these.
