Reduces damage taken and improves mobility when walking through enemy ink.

Additional Effects

• The effect is still applied while moving and shooting.
• Reduces accumulative damage taken when standing on the opponent's ink.
• Reduces the rate of damage when standing on the opponent's ink.

Reduces Mobility Loss Caused by Enemy Ink

When equipping Ink Resistance Up, you can move through your opponent's ink with less resistance because of the improved mobility. However, you don't necessarily have to use this ability if you have weapons that can dodge roll or have great mobility.

Best Weapons for Ink Resistance Up

Best Used with Close Ranged Weapons

Since Ink Resistance Up focuses on reducing and mitigating damage from your opponent's ink, this ability works well with close ranged weapons, especially Splatanas, Rollers, and Brellas.

It can also be used with Shooters or Dualies if you have an aggressive playstyle that often tries to actively hunt your opponents down deep in enemy territory.
