Boosts ink-recovery rate and weapon-ink efficiency for the last 30 seconds of battle.

Additional Effects

• Last-Ditch Effort increases ink-recovery rate equivalent to 2.4 Gear Abilities.
• In Regular Battle, Last-Ditch Effort activates when the remaining time is 30 seconds or less and will last until the end of the battle.
• In Anarchy Battles, Last-Ditch Effort activates if your opponent team's points drop below 50 and will gradually take effect as it decreases, reaching the maximum effect when once the point drops to 30 or when there are only 30 seconds left before the end of the battle.

Last-Ditch Effort Effects Confirmation

We are able to confirm that Last-Ditch Effort worked similarly in Splatoon 2 when we checked the amount of ink needed to place the Squid Beakon with Last-Ditch Effort attached.

We noticed that the ink used to place it down gradually decreased when the enemy counter was at 50 points and reached its lowest at 30 points.
