After clearing Hero Mode and watching the ending credits, you will be rewarded with weapons and gear that bears a resemblance to Agent 3's original gear.

Players who clear Hero Mode will also receive the Hero Shot Replica weapon. Although its design is different, its stats, strengths, and weaknesses are exactly the same as the Splattershot.

Hero Mode Memorial Sticker

You get a special sticker for clearing Hero Mode
You also receive a photo featuring Smallfry, the Squid Sisters, and Cap'n Cuttle as a sticker for clearing Hero Mode. You can go to the lobby to receive this sticker, and use it to customize your locker. Note that you have to play a Turf War match at least once to access your locker.

Receive A Wallpaper Through Splatnet 3

Any player who has access to the Splatnet 3 app can download a special wallpaper after clearing Hero Mode. The wallpapaer comes in 2 sizes, making it a good fit for both various devices.

Additional Content for Clearing Hero Mode

You can Fight Mr. Grizz Again

find the bear near the squid sisters camp
Search for the bear statue near the Squid Sisters Camp located on Future Utopia Island.
You can play the Mr. Grizz fight once again.
Select Relive Memories, then Return to Rocket Battle to fight Mr. Grizz again.

Similar to other boss fights in Hero Mode, you can fight Mr. Grizz after clearing Hero Mode. Search for a wooden bear sculpture near the Squid Sisters Camp on Future Utopia Island, and then select the Relive Memories, then Return to Rocket Battle option to fight Mr. Grizz again. Note that you must play through certain parts of the Alterna Space Center level once more to fight Mr. Grizz. You can, however, choose to skip to the second phase of the fight if you want.

Complete All Stages to Unlock a Bonus Stage

Unlock After Alterna
Completing all stages will unlock the bonus stage, After Alterna.
Stage Entrance Map Location

Head to the edge of Future Utopia Island to get there.

The stage will not appear on the map, so be sure to remember the location.

By Completing all Hero Mode Stages, you will unlock a bonus stage, After Alterna. Head to the lower end of Future Utopia Island to access it.

As the final stage, After Alterna is a very difficult stage with few checkpoints, making it a great challenge for those who desire to sharpen their skills.

Splatoon 3 - AsteriskFinal Alterna Log: Extra Log

Completing After Alterna will reward you with the Alternan and World Champ to customize your nameplate, As well as the Teddy Band Headgear, the final Alterna Log: Extra Log. While you can view the Extra Log anytime in Hero Mode, you will have to access the lobby to receive your new titles and gear.

Surveying All Sites will Allow You Access to a Drone

Pay 999 Power Eggs to use Sheldon

If you manage to survey each site in its entirety, you will unlock a drone to control. This drone can be found on Future Utopia Isle near the Squid Sisters Camp and requires 999 Power Eggs to use, but will collect items for you that you can access in the Lobby the next day.

To completely survey a site, you need to remove and Parts Unknown spaces found on the site map. You can do this by walking around and continuously inking any part of that site.

Check your map to determine if a site is fully surveyed
Check the Map Menu to determine if a site has been completely surveyed.
You get stickers for each site that is completely surveyed
Talk to Agent 2 at the Squid Sisters Camp to get a sticker for each site you completely surveyed.
