When under fire from the enemy team, you can quickly deploy the Splash Wall for protection against attacks. From here you can use this to peek out of cover when you need to shoot ink and get behind the wall again if you need to recover ink.
Make sure to make each shot count as this weapon has a slow shooting speed. Take advantage of its excellent damage by swimming up close to the enemy and splat them with only two hits.
