Intensify Action is a Gear Ability available in Splatoon 3. Read on to find out Intensify Action's effects, best weapons to use, brand rarity, all the Gear that comes equipped with Intensify Action, and what the gear ability does!
Intensify Action | Makes Squid Rolls and Squid Surges easier to do and steadies your aim when firing after jumping. |
Equipping Intensify Action in your Gear will give you the effect of reducing the accuracy penalty when you attack while jumping. As you equip more of this ability, the spread for your reticle gets smaller, giving you more accuracy when jump attacking.
The accuracy penalty reduction you get from Intensify Action depends on the weapon you use. Blasters, Dualies, or Shooters are more likely to have a huge effect from using Intensify Action, but weapons like Chargers will have minimal effect from using Intensify Action since they're very accurate already.
Performing Squid Rolls will now be easier if you have Intensify Action equipped, effectively boosting your mobility in matches to make it easier to avoid getting shot.
Intensify Action reduces the time it takes to charge Squid Surge when climbing up walls, making it easier for you to reach high places. Though, you'll rarely ever get the chance to actually use this in a match.

Range Blaster | .52 Gal | .96 Gal |
Splattershot | Rapid Blaster | Rapid Blaster Pro |
Jet Squelcher | Splattershot Pro | L-3 Nozzlenose |
It's recommended to use fully automatic weapons or Blasters with Intensify Action as they can benefit from its effect to improve accuracy while jumping.
