When to Use Super Jump

Jump to an Ally on the Front Lines

Splatoon 3 - When to Use Super Jump

The best time to use a Super Jump is if you want to assist an ally venturing deep into the opposing team's territory.

This maneuver lets you instantly jump to your ally's position without having to go through the entire map!

Also Useful When Retreating from Battle

The Super Jump is also useful if you're about to get overwhelmed by the enemy and want to make a tactical retreat and regroup with your allies.

Gauge the Situation Before Super Jumping

Splatoon 3 - Gauge the Situation

Although the Super Jump lets you traverse the map easier, you shouldn't use it all the time. Opening the menu leaves you prone to getting splatted by the enemy, and you may accidentally jump to an ally getting overwhelmed by the opposing team.

Gauge and study the map before performing this maneuver and make sure the ally you're about to jump is in no danger of getting splatted by the enemy team.
