Medals are the achievements and recognitions awarded to you at the end of each multiplayer match based on your combat performance in Splatoon 3. Read on to find out the list of all medals, types of medals, and how to get them.

List of Medals

Common Medals

Medals How to Achieve Type
Base Defender Splat the most number of enemies within your home turf. Silver
Damage Taker Sustain the most damage from enemy ink fire. Silver
Enemy Splatter Get the most splats out of all your teammates. Gold/Silver
First Splat Get the first splat in a match. Silver
Ground Traveler Run the longest distance in the stage map during a match. Silver
Popular Target Be shot at the most by enemies in a match.
Note: This does not mean you have to take damage from the shots.

Ink Consumer Use the most ink out of all the players in a match. Silver
Overall Splatter Get the most splats out of all the players in the match. Gold/Silver
Splat Assister Get the most splats out of all the players in the match. Gold/Silver
Super Jump Spot Use the Super Jump ability the most in a match. Gold/Silver

Enemy-Base Inker Cover the area of the enemy team's base the most with your team's ink. Gold/Silver
Home-Base Inker Cover the area of your team's base the most with ink. Gold/Silver

Clam Carrier Grab and collect the most clams. Gold/Silver
Clam Stopper Make the enemies drop the most amount of clams from your team. Silver
Score Booster Deal the most damage on the enemy Clam. Gold/Silver

Checkpoint Breaker Break the most checkpoints with the Rainmaker. Silver
Record-Score Setter Be able to bring the Rainmaker the closest to the enemy team's base out of all your teammates. Gold

How to Get Medals

Participating in Multiplayer Matches

You can receive medals for your outstanding performance on accomplishing certain tasks in a match.

Medals are awarded during the post-match results after a multiplayer game has concluded.

Types of Medals

Gold

Splatoon 3 - Gold Medal.png

Gold medals are harder to achieve and will require you to perform more complex tasks and objectives. Some Gold Medals also have Silver variants if you obtained the #2 Spot instead of #1.

Silver

Splatoon 3 - Silver Medal.png

Silver medals are easier to obtain and do not require as much skill and effort as Gold medals. Some Silver Medals are obtained by getting the #2 Spot of a Gold Medal.
