Splatoon 3 - Increase Star Power
You can raise the Star Power of your gear by going to the respective shop of each type of Gear in Splatsville and repurchasing the Gear. The available gear in the shop restocks everyday so make sure to check their selection frequently to see if your gear item pops up again.

You can raise your Gear's Star Power by talking to Murch, who can be found by the entrance of the Lobby. You can then raise your Gear's Star Power by using Super Sea Snails earned through Splatfest events.
