Beside the Lobby Elevator

Judd is located in the lobby as soon as you enter, turn right immediately and you'll find a cat sleeping on a bench.

What Does Judd Do?

Provides Beginner Tips and Advice

Judd will provide you with important tips that are useful for beginners of Splatoon 3. You can simply talk to Judd for advice by approaching him and pressing A!

He will advice you with tips in combat, lobby features, and how to best level up your gear!

Judd usually has a new tip for you when you see a '!' on his head.

Transports You to Mini Tutorial Levels

Judd will sometimes transport you to mini tutorial levels where he teaches you how the combat mechanics work.

This is great for beginners of the game to get a grasp and learn the capabilities of the weapons in Splatoon 3.

Does Judd Give You Any Rewards?

Unlikely to Receive Rewards by Talking to Judd

Judd only provides advice each time you talk to him. The only benefit players can get from Judd is by learning all the tips he teaches the player.

We most probably won't be seeing any rewards from Judd for the time being.

Receive the Judd Badge After 50 Turf War Wins

Once you win 50 Turf War games, you will receive the Judd Badge.

This reward is not directly given by him but by simply accessing the lobby terminal and equipping it from there.
