According to the 30-minute-long Splatoon 3 Direct presentation, it's been confirmed that Splatoon 3 will get post-launch updates every 3 months for 2 years. Each update will contain new in-game catalogs and weapons!

Since we'll be getting an update every 3 months, we're expected to have one in December, 3 months after the game has been released.

More Stages Will be Available in Future Updates!

Future updates will also include more stages for Splatoon 3, which will most likely be released at the same as the new catalogs. Old stages also seem to be returning to Splatoon 3, with the left stage looking like Flounder Heights from the original Splatoon.

X Battle and League Battle are Planned for the Future!

Multiplayer game modes, such as X Battle, available after attaining a high rank in Anarchy Battle, and League Battle, where you can compete in teams based on your Anarchy Battle results, are set to be released in a future update.
