Splatoon 3 will be released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch console on September 9, 2022 and pre-orders are currently available on the Nintendo eShop.

Splatoon is a Nintendo exclusive franchise, so it's very unlikely that the game will see release on different consoles such as the PS5 or Xbox One.

A Companion App is Available on Launch

Splatoon 3 - SplatNet3 Mobile Companion App

While it's unlikely that Splatoon 3 will see a full release on mobile devices, a companion app for the game called SplatNet 3 has been announced for mobile devices will be available on Splatoon 3' launch day.

This online service lets you link your mobile devices with the game and allow you to check battle records and order special in-game gear. It also features the new Crusty Sean's Wandercrust that lets you support Crusty Sean on his journey using Inked Points you earn during battles.
