Collecting all Sunken Scrolls does not unlock additional gear, weapons, or other rewards. Sunken Scrolls are solely collectibles in Splatoon 3.
Back in Splatoon 1, Sunken Scrolls were needed to unlock weapons. But since Splatoon 2, there have been no additional benefits for collecting them.
