Inkblot Art Academy is a returning stage in Splatoon 3 situated in an open area in a campus.
The stage has a lot of narrow pathways and obstacles that can obstruct a player's view. The elevated platform at the center of the stage is a perfect vantage point for those who are looking to camp the enemy.

Secure the central platform and use it to ink turf and splat enemies below.
|
The tall platform at the center of the stage is a good vantage point. If you're confident with your aim, do your best to secure this platform and camp your opponents before they can even reach your base.
This platform also obstructs players' views so if you're on the ground, you can also use this platform to ambush enemies coming from the enemy side.
Don't forget to paint the sides of the central area of the stage to cover more ground. Each side has a few things in it that you can use as an obstruction when running away or if you're trying to ambush an enemy.
If your team is winning, secure the central platform and splat enemies on the sides from a higher ground. If your team is losing, do your best to ambush the enemy team from the side using point sensors, autobombs, tenta missles, etc.,
Ambushing an enemy is easy to do in Inkblot Art Academy because of the many obstacles on the stage. However, the opposite is also true. Enemies can easily catch you off guard too.
Always keep an eye out for enemies looking to ambush you to avoid being splatted.
Inking the enemy's base is always a good idea but getting there isn't easy.
Watch the video above to know how to invade the enemy's base and start inking their turf.

Ranged weapons are perfect for Inkblot Art Academy because of the tall central platform. With weapons like the E-liter 4k, Splatterscope, and Splattershot, you can easily camp the enemy from a higher ground.
Once the central platform is secured, those with rollers can ink most turf on the ground. As a countermeasure, you can throw bombs at enemies to keep them away.
