The Splattershot is a very easy-to-use main weapon. Its sub and special weapons are equally as straightforward. Throw Suction Bombs from a short distance to keep enemies at bay, then move in for the kill when your opponents are on the defensive.

Heavy Splatling may be a little more difficult to use, but it makes up for this with its sizeable range. This weapon makes it hard to get close to opponents, so it is a better option to not engage opponents head on or use Wave Breaker during a skirmish.

If you enjoy inking turf, this is the weapon for you! The Aerospray MG is a weapon that has very good coating capabilities, and can ink down a stage rather quickly.
With its limited range and meager attack power, it's not the best weapon for splatting opposing players. When using this weapon, it's often a good idea to ink on your side, or use the Reefslider to ink the opposing side.

The Sloshing Machine is an excellent weapon for all modes of play. Its overwhelming KO performance can take down enemies within two shots. Its Fizzy Bomb and Booyah Bomb also have great KO potential, and are strong weapons by themselves.
