5 to 7 Hours for the Main Story

Splatoon 3 Complete Main Story

The main story of Hero Mode can be completed in as little as 5 to 7 hours since many of the stages in each site can be skipped. You do not need to complete every stage to progress through the game since you only need the required amount of Power Eggs to progress.

Completing all the stages in Hero Mode would take you around 7 to 10 hours, including the final secret stage, After Alterna, which is only unlocked after you complete every other stage in Story Mode.

Most stages in the game are straightforward and can be cleared in a matter of minutes, but a few, like After Alterna, may take a few tries to complete.
