Splatoon 3 has a wide variety of unlockables and secret rewards that players can find and obtain, including weapons, gear, stickers, banners, and other items! Read on to learn about these unlockables and secret rewards and how to get them!

Several items and collectibles can be unlocked as you play through Splatoon 3. However, many of them are purely cosmetic and have no effect on actual gameplay.

Splatoon 3 boasts a huge collection of weapons for players to choose from, including 4 brand new ones! You can unlock weapons by leveling up your character throughout your playthrough of Splatoon 3! Leveling up will unlock these weapons, but you still have to purchase them from Ammo Knights.
Catalog Rewards like Banners, Titles and Emotes are unlocked as you level up your catalog. This can be done by playing online matches and by playing Salmon Run! Leveling up your catalog will unlock these rewards, but you still have to purchase them from Hotlantis.
Banners are displayed on your Splashtag and are shown to other players at the start of every online match. You can unlock banners by leveling up your catalog, progressing through Hero Mode, or playing Tableturf Battles. However, you can also get them through the Shell Out Machine or purchase them in Hotlantis.
Titles are displayed on your Splashtag and are also show to other players, adding another level of customization to your Splashtag! You can unlock Titles by leveling up your catalog, progressing through Hero Mode, or playing Tableturf Battles. However, you can also get them through the Shell Out Machine or purchase them in Hotlantis.
Emotes are a fun way to express yourself, that are unlockable throughout your playthrough! The emotes of the winning team are displayed at the end of online matches. You can unlock Emotes by leveling up your catalog or playing Tableturf Battles. However, you can also get them through the Shell Out Machine or purchase them in Hotlantis.
Decorations are used to customize your locker. You can unlock Decorations by leveling up your catalog, progressing through Hero Mode, or playing Tableturf Battles. However, you can also get them through the Shell Out Machine or purchase them in Hotlantis.
Stickers are a fun way to decorate and customize your locker. You can unlock stickers by leveling up your catalog, progressing through Hero Mode, or playing Tableturf Battles. However, you can also get them through the Shell Out Machine or purchase them in Hotlantis.
Badges decorate your Splashtag, and serve as proof of your in-game accomplishments. The Harmony Badge is unlocked after spending 100,000 cash at Hotlantis, while the Mr. Grizz Badge is unlocked after beating After Alterna.
After beating Hero Mode, you will be treated to a number of different rewards! You can unlock a variety of Hero Mode rewards, including Hero Gear, the Hero Shot Replica, and a commemorative sticker!
All Hero Mode Rewards and Unlocks
After clearing Hero Mode and watching the ending credits, you will be rewarded with weapons and gear that bears a resemblance to Agent 3's original gear.
Players who clear Hero Mode will also receive the Hero Shot Replica weapon. Although its design is different, its stats, strengths, and weaknesses are exactly the same as the Splattershot.
A special commemorative sticker will be rewarded to you for beating Hero Mode. You can use this to decorate your locker!
If you manage to survey each site in its entirety, you will unlock Sheldon's drone to control. This drone can be found on Future Utopia Isle near the Squid Sisters Camp and requires 999 Power Eggs to use, but will collect items for you that you can access in the Lobby the next day.
After Alterna is a secret stage in Hero Mode accessed through a secret kettle in Future Utopia Island. You can unlock this by clearing all the stages in Hero Mode.
Once you complete the level, you’ll get the Mr. Grizz Badge for your Splashtag, two new titles, Alternan and World Champ, and the Teddy Band headgear, which has 3 open ability slots and comes with the Comeback Gear Ability.
Additionally, beating After Alterna will let you access the seventh and final Alterna Log, Log.exe. Completionists will want to beat After Alterna to claim these rewards.
This month's Featured Gear is the Bream-Brim Cap, a 3-Star headgear that comes with a random primary ability when received. You can get featured gear by earning enough points in Salmon Run.
When not a featured gear, the Bream-Brim Cap is a potential prize from Pink Capsules. The featured gear you receive changes every month, so make sure to get enough points to receive it before the month ends!
