Palworld announced their new joint venture, Palworld Entertainment, Inc., with Sony Music Entertainment and Aniplex through their official Twitter account.

Handles Various Licenses

The joint venture between Pocketpair, Sony Music, and Aniplex will handle various licenses, excluding games, which means we will see various media and projects related to the promotion of Palworld, but not anything related to Palworld's development.

Their first project will be in the form of Palworld Marchandise, announced in a separate post going into detail about the products, and their availability.

Future Developments for Palworld

PS5 Release Coming Soon

With Pocketpair working closely with Sony Music, it may not be too far-fetched to think that a PS5 Release will come soon. Many fans have been eagerly waiting for the game to release on the Sony-owned platform, and collaborating with Sony may make this happen much sooner!

Full Game Release Soon

Since Sony Music and Aniplex are media companies, we will likely see the release of the Full Version of Palworld within this year, or by next year at the latest.

Even with the release of massive updates like the Sakurajima Update, Palworld remains in Early Access.

Pocketpair Will Remain Independent

Despite working closely with Sony, Pocketpair announced that they will remain an independent indie company.

This implies that the joint project will be centered around Palworld's promotion, but any decisions regarding game development will be handled separately and independently.

More Palworld Media

Aside from the merch and developments this joint venture will bring for Palworld, we will also likely see Sony Music and Aniplex commit to promoting Palworld, in the form of visual and audio media.

This may come in the form of new soundtrack, or even new key visuals or trailers for Palworld's upcoming updates, and full game release.

A separate tweet from Pocketpair's CEO goes into detail about their new joint venture, and credits Aniplex for their success on the widely popular Shonen Jump anime Demon Slayer.

Palworld features a rich storyline with the different bosses and factions, so we may also see a Palworld Anime series as a product of this joint venture!
