Tripcasters are used to place different varieties of tripwires on the battlefield. When an enemy walks over the wire, it triggers an explosion or other type of effect depending on the ammo used.
This legendary weapon deals significantly more damage than most other Tripcasters in the game, and has several perks which grant many benefits in combat.
How to Use a Tripcaster | |
---|---|
1. | Press and Hold the R2 button to aim, then realease it to place the first wire anchor. |
2. | Repeat the process to place the second wire anchor. |
3. | Lure enemies to the placed wire. |
Shieldwires are a unique type of tripwire because they can be used to cast protective shields on the ground. When the shield absorbs too much damage, it explodes.
