How to Get Tail Smash
Get Emblem Tiki From Expansion Pass DLC
You can get Tail Smash when you purchase the Expansion Pass DLC Wave 1 and unlock Tiki in the Divine Paralogue: The Ancestor. The paralogue will be available after clearing Chapter 6 of the main story.
From then on, any unit can use Tail Smash as long as they're engaged with Emblem Tiki.
