Iron Axe can be bought from the Armory at the Somniel for 1,000G from Chapter 4 onwards. The stronger the weapon you want to buy, the more expensive it is so make sure you have enough money to buy each of your ally a strong weapon.

This weapon can sometimes be obtained by defeating enemy units with a green item icon in battles and skirmishes. When defeated, these units drop valuable items so always be on the lookout for them.
