Shielding Art can be bought from the Armory at the Somniel for 2,500G from Chapter 9 onwards. The stronger the weapon you want to buy, the more expensive it is so make sure you have enough money to buy each of your ally a strong weapon.

is this player phase only? I somehow got killed by a wolf knight but the calculation was fine during player phase. iirc, it should have been fine even if Fortify Def wears off during enemy phase.
