Baba Yaga isn't even worthy to be called a boss if you're able to slot in some charm resist and lightning elemental gear.
As long as you have both resistances on all your party members, simply dispatching the Yeti and tha Aka-Oni guarantees your win.
Baba Yaga can absorb lightning magic and will use it on herself to heal when you use White Magics. To hasten the fight, have your Oracle debuff the Baba Yaga's lightning resistances so she won't be able to recover via thunder attacks.
