| Veilga | Increases evasion. |
Hoenir's most annoying trait is its stop ability. Equipping a Sands of Time will negate the majority of Hoenir's gimmicks.
Hoenir is weak to daggers and it can be poisoned as well. Having a Phantom with a Salve-Maker/Black Mage combo can guarantee an easy poison.
Once done, just keep on using Milk Poison to severely damage it for each use.
