The Spiritmaster's recovery ability is smaller compared to the other healing spells like Curaga and Healaga. If you're going to play the Spiritmaster, it is suggested to have one of the two as a sub-job to further reinforce the Spiritmaster's role as a healer.
The Spirit's effects isn't massive but its ability to stay and use its ability multiple times can net you some massive amount of heals if managed properly. Learn when to summon a spirit and when to use an actual healing spell!

Passive healing is always welcome. A well managed Heal Spirit can take some pressure off from your healer and it can allow them to apply some other protective buffs!
|Spirited Defence||When spirits summoned by abilities are present, instant-death effects and status ailments that render their target inactive (sleep, paralysis, dread, berserk, confusion, charm, stop and freezing) are prevented, and as long as HP is at 20% or higher, the user can survive any attack with one HP.|
|There in Spirit||Spirited Defence effects apply even when spirits are not present, and the effects of all spirit-summoning abilities learned so far are applied automatically when the user has one or fewer BP.|
Speciality 2 Can only be learned after leveling the Spiritmaster to Level 12.
Greatly restore all allies' HP and apply Regenerate/Reraise effects.
|Magical Attack +15%|
|Use Spirit Magic x 12.|
