A problem has occurred with the Premium Pass subscription for iPhone iOS users that causes an inaccurate duration period to be displayed and prevents subscribers from obtaining the 3-month subscription gift rewards. Read on for more information about this issue and how to fix it.

There is currently an issue where Premium Pass subscribers who are using iOS devices do not have the correct duration date for their subscription. This has prevented users from receiving the bonus reward items that Premium Pass subscribers receive every 3 months. It also seems to have caused problems for the next batch of bonus gifts.
It appears that this problem originated from the iOS App Store and not the Pokemon Sleep app itself. Since this is an App Store problem, only those using an iPhone are affected by this issue, and it's possible that other app subscriptions may have been affected as well.
While iOS users with a Premium Pass may all have been affected, those who have been subscribed for 3 months this October are the ones who can feel the effects of this error.
According to Pokemon Sleep, the issue seems to have been present between October 11 and October 13. Premium Pass subscribers who have reached the 3 months on their subscription streak during this time will notice the missing rewards.

Pokemon Sleep announced on their Japanese website that they plan on correcting the effects of this App Store error with an update.
Those who have been affected can rest assured that Pokemon Sleep is taking steps to fix this issue and that they may receive their missing rewards by the next app update.
