Natures that affect Speed of Help either shorten or lengthen a Pokemon's frequency of help stat.
Natures that affect Energy Recovery either increase or decrease energy gained from sleeping while in the active Helper team, the small amount gained by Pokemon in the Box, and skills involving Energy recovery.
The Energy Pillow item seems to only be affected by the increased Energy Recovery Natures.
Natures that affect Ingredient Finding either increase or decrease the likelihood of a Pokemon getting ingredients over Berries.
Natures that affect Main Skill Chance either increase or decrease the likelihood of the Pokemon's Main Skill triggering when you tap on a Pokemon on the field.
Natures that affect EXP Gains either increase or decrease the amount of EXP received from sleep sessions as well as from using Candy through the Level Up button.
Increased EXP Gains Natures receive about 118% of your Sleep Score as their EXP for a sleep session and 30 EXP per Candy. Decreased EXP Gains Natures receive about 82% of your Sleep Score as their EXP for a session and 21 EXP per Candy.
To check your Pokemon's nature, Open Pokemon > Pokemon Box > tap a Pokemon and scroll down to Additional Stats. The improved/lowered stats will be displayed as well.
So far there are no methods to change a Pokemon's Nature. Probably the best option now is to catch another Pokemon.
Natures that increase Main Skill Chance are the most useful for Pokemon with the Skills Specialty, since it increases the chance of activating your Pokemon's Main Skill.
These Natures are Calm, Gentle, Careful, and Sassy.
List of All Main Skills and Effects
Natures that increase Speed of Help are also very useful, particularly to Berries and Ingredients Specialty Pokemon, since it increases the overall rate of obtaining berries and ingredients, as well as use of skills.
These natures are Lonely, Adamant, Naughty, and Brave.

Larvitar Line | ||
---|---|---|
Larvitar | Pupitar | Tyranitar |
Natures that increase EXP Gains are particularly useful for Larvitar, Pupitar, and Tyranitar because the amount of EXP they need to level up is 1.5x more than the average Pokemon. This may be because they are a Pseudo-Legendary line.
These EXP increasing natures are Timid, Hasty, Jolly, and Naive.
Natures determine what a Pokemon is good at and what they they don't do so well.
Pokemon Natures are randomized, so there's no way to know for certain until you befriend and recruit them.
