Ingredients are important resources that you need in order to make dishes and recipes for Snorlax. Here are some tips to help you gather more ingredients in Pokemon Sleep.
Each Pokemon has a set of ingredients that they can pick up. Some Pokemon can pick up multiple of the same ingredient at a time.
Pokemon unlock more ingredients at level 30 and level 60. Since the current level cap is at level 50, it's best to focus on getting more level 30 Helper Pokemon for more ingredients. Try to choose Pokemon with a fast frequency stat to make the most out of the increased ingredient variety.
You can check the ingredients, the amount they can gather per ingredient, and their frequency stat in your Pokemon's Helping Stats.
Best Daytime Helper Team: Ingredient Gathering
Pokemon with Ingredients listed as their specialty will be able to gather ingredients more frequently and will always pick up two of their level 1 ingredient.
You should be able to get more ingredients if you have Pokemon with this Specialty in your active Helper Team.
List of Pokemon with Ingredients Specialty
Nature | Increased Stat | Decreased Stat |
---|---|---|
Modest | Ingredient finding | Speed of help |
Mild | Ingredient finding | Energy recovery |
Rash | Ingredient finding | Main Skill chance |
Quiet | Ingredient finding | EXP gains |
Pokemon with these Natures are more likely to find ingredients at a faster rate. Although, Pokemon with a Modest Nature may find more ingredients but may have a delay in the frequency of when they find them.
Best Natures: List of All Natures and Effects
Item | Description |
---|---|
Ingredient Ticket S | A great ticket you can exchange for 10 cooking ingredients. |
Ingredient Ticket M | A great ticket you can exchange for 30 cooking ingredients. |
Ingredient Ticket L | Under research, please check back soon! |
You can also get more ingredients by using an Ingredient Ticket from your bag. Only ingredients that you have picked up before can be obtained when using an Ingredient Ticket, so don't expect these items to give you brand new ingredients.
The Ingredient Ticket S and Ingredient Ticket M can be purchased from the Regular Exchange Shop.
Another easy way to get an Ingredient Ticket S is to follow your bedtime for two days. If you really only want this reward from the stamp card, you can change your bedtime after receiving the Ingredient Ticket S to reset the stamp card. This will allow you to get another Ingredient Ticket S after only two days again.
Best Bed Times and Bedtime Rewards
Ingredients are primarily used to make dishes for Snorlax. You can give Snorlax three meals a day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the appropriate times. Eating dishes can boost Snorlax's Strength more than eating Berries.
Once you unlock the ability to cook using Recipes, you can opt to use as few ingredients as possible. This isn't ideal for raising Snorlax, but it is a good way to save on ingredients if you're struggling to get them.
List of All Recipes and Dishes
You can sell ingredients for a few Dream Shards by going to your Bag and selecting your desired ingredient. This is useful for when your ingredients inventory becomes full outside of Snorlax's meal time.
