Balance Adjustments

Version 1.2.0 - Balance Adjustments
Raising carry limits for the following helper Pokemon:
・ Kangaskhan: +2
・ Pinsir: +2
・ Ditto: +4
・ Heracross: +3
・ Sableye: +6
・ Absol: +4

Several Pokemon without an evolutionary line are getting boosts to their carry limit in this update. This is a good balance adjustment since evolved Pokemon have a higher base carry limit compared to their wild counterparts.
